On Day 5 of Kwanzaa, we embrace Nia (Purpose) by coming together to reflect, dream, and plan for the next decade of our lives and the collective future of the UP (Unapologetically Pan African) Union.
Why Resolutions Fail
Each year, we write resolutions, hoping for change but often falling short. Isn’t that Einstein’s definition of insanity—doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results? Most resolutions fail because they lack clarity and a compelling vision. Without a precise picture of who we want to become or what we want to achieve, we drift aimlessly, settling for less than our true potential.
A Fresh Approach
