Join Us for Kwanzaa 2025 in the
Caribbean of Costa Rica!
Experience the vibrancy, unity, and cultural pride of Kwanzaa in the heart of the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. From December 26 to January 1, we gather for a week-long annual celebration honoring African heritage, community, and the shared journey of rising in power together.
Kwanzaa is a joyful, family-centered holiday created to uplift our identity, reconnect us to our cultural roots, and strengthen the values that bind us. Each day celebrates one of the Seven Principles (Nguzo Saba):
Unity, Self-Determination, Collective Work & Responsibility, Cooperative Economics, Purpose, Creativity, and Faith.
Throughout the week, you’ll experience cultural events, workshops, performances, markets, ceremonies, and gatherings designed to inspire connection, community, and celebration for all ages.
Come root yourself in culture, rise in power, and celebrate the beauty of who we are—together.
